About Us

Meet the Team

Two operators, two disciplines, one standard: build the system properly, then make sure the people who rely on it can actually trust it.

Blue Arcadia Group was built around a simple observation: the businesses and firms we work with don’t need more vendors — they need fewer, better ones. One practice covers the data, web, and application side of the business. The other covers legal operations and IP systems. Different disciplines, same standard: understand how you actually work before a single system gets configured.

Frank Fortunato

Data Engineering, Governance & Machine Learning

Frank partners with business stakeholders to turn complex questions into data platforms and machine learning products that actually get used. Over more than two decades in telecommunications, education, insurance, and finance, he’s led data engineering and business intelligence teams through moves to modern cloud lakehouse architectures — and stayed hands-on the whole way.

Most recently Director of Data Architecture at Ultra Mobile / T-Mobile, where he built a Snowflake lakehouse platform with governance (Collibra) and transformation (dbt) baked in, and put SageMaker-driven churn and targeting models into production. Before that, he led data engineering through an IPO-track build-out at Ascent Funding, and ran data solutions, Salesforce, and web development teams at Zovio.

Focus Areas

  • Data engineering & cloud lakehouse architecture (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  • Machine learning & applied data science (SageMaker, Azure ML)
  • Data governance, CI/CD, and platform strategy
  • Website & application development

Headshot of Silvia Corona

Silvia Corona

Senior Legal Operations & Global IP Strategy Leader

Silvia has spent 20+ years at the intersection of legal operations, IP systems, and financial discipline — building the frameworks that let corporate legal departments and global law firms move with clarity instead of chaos. She designs systems, workflows, and governance structures that improve visibility and execution, then stays hands-on through the data migrations, audits, and configuration work that make them actually reliable.

Most recently Manager of IP Operations at pSemi (A Murata Company), where she owned the Anaqua® IP management platform end to end — workflows, data architecture, security, and reporting — while delivering $1M+ in cost savings and recoveries and directing global patent prosecution strategy across the U.S. and international jurisdictions. Earlier, she led enterprise IP system implementations at NuVasive and managed a 22-person patent operations team at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Focus Areas

  • IP management software implementation (Anaqua®, Lecorpio)
  • Patent portfolio management & prosecution strategy
  • Budgeting, forecasting & financial governance
  • Vendor & outside counsel management
